Luxe Retreat
After it’s all over, and now it’s time to be secluded and indulgent in one another. Champagne or wine, bottled water, rose petals, plenty of candles, and a drawn hot bubble bath…truly your ability to dream is the limit. The groom or the bride can plan—even the maid of honor or best man can help.
Wind Down & Soften Up
Pedicure, manicure, facial, massage, light lunch, drinks—all serviced in luxurious spa robes and sandals, what else could a chic bride ask for? Add this package for some relaxation the week before your wedding to keep you calm and at ease, you won’t need to lift a finger (other than giving it to the manicurist of course!), Weddings Fresh will finalize and plan for you.
We can have a customized theme with invites and spa favors prepared to tie in the day beautifully.

It’s time we give a little groom love. Perhaps he’s a little bit of an afterthought in the midst of taffeta, silk organza, and pink ribbon, but we cannot forget a very essential part of the party! So let’s give him and the guys something to keep their mind off dizzying details of the day. Weddings Fresh is more than happy to coordinate a day out with the guys. You give us the parameters and then let us do the work. Customized invites and party favors can be added for finishing touches.

During the 2 months prior, two meetings with the client to cover the following:
Planning before the Wedding:
- Complimentary coffee consultation to get to know one another.
- Meet with you 2 months prior to the wedding for a site inspection of your ceremony and reception site. Will discuss the flow of the day and give suggestions where necessary.
- Obtain a clear understanding of your vision.
- Unlimited phone and e-mail contact leading up to your wedding.
- Contact every vendor to confirm delivery dates, times, locations and services 1-2 wks prior to wedding.
- Provide a personalized checklist and countdown of things that need to be done and returned that will help you to stay organized.
- Relay final headcount to appropriate vendors (reception site, caterer, rental company, etc.)
- Put together wedding day schedule and time-line of entire event from start to finish for you and all of your vendors. Will distribute the timeline & contact 1-2 wks prior to wedding.
- Organize and lead the rehearsal walk-through.
- Vendor referrals upon request.
- Oversee complete setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception site.
- Supervise all vendor set-ups and act as your spokesperson to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Oversee proper placements of place cards, wedding favors, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils and guest book.
- Direct and cue all vendors/wedding party throughout the day.
- Coordinate and direct grand entrance, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting, special announcements, etc.
- Act as family and bridal party liaison.
- Work closely with DJ, Band or Musicians on agenda and emcee announcements.
- Make sure gifts are sent to the appropriate place.
- Take care of distributing payments and gratuities for vendors.
- Ensure all vendors are providing the services contracted for throughout event.
- 9 hours max of event ceremony and reception coordination. Each additional hour at $70/hr.
Package 2 Surprising
You’ve got the vision but need a personal guide.
This package includes:
- Complimentary coffee consultation to get to know one another.
- Detailed Meeting to discuss your Wedding Style and Budget Management.
- Ongoing access to Weddings Fresh for professional advice and guidance with unlimited consultation via email and phone.
- Establish Color Combinations, Theme and Design Concepts.
- Set up and attend meetings with 2 Florists and attend any follow up meetings.
- Offer Vendors Information best suited to the Client’s style and budget (Photographers, Videographers, DJs, Bands, Stationers, Linens, Lighting, Chairs, Rentals, Bakery, Transportation, Hair and Make-up Artists, Tuxedos, etc)
- Review proposals and terms of final contracts with attended referred service providers.
- Assist with the selection of favors.
- Attend Menu Selection/ Banquet Set up Meeting with catering manager and client.
- Meet with you 2 months prior to the wedding for a site inspection of your ceremony and reception site. Will discuss the flow of the day and give suggestions where necessary.
- Contact every vendor to confirm delivery dates, times, locations and services 1-2 wks prior to wedding.

- Coordination and recommendation of vendor selection for the ceremony and reception (caterer, photographer, entertainment, florist, videographer, rental companies, hair/beauty accommodations, etc.).
- Create an ongoing, detailed budget.
- Help with developing the theme and design of the wedding (décor, color scheme, etc.)
- Assist with selection and booking event locations for both ceremony and reception.
- Provide a personalized monthly checklist and countdown of things that need to be done and returned that will help you to stay organized.
- Track RSVP’s
- Spreadsheets on guest lists, gifts, thank you’s, etc.
- Wedding binder complete with the above referenced information and more spreadsheets/documents.
- Unlimited consulting time for advice and guidance.
- Offer suggestive hotels to consider getting a room block with for your guests.
- Meet with you months prior to the wedding for a site inspection of your ceremony and reception site. Will discuss the flow of the day and give suggestions where necessary.
- Obtain a clear understanding of your vision.
- Be available to answer any questions during the time leading up to your wedding.
- Scheduled monthly phone meetings prior to wedding.
- Contact every vendor to confirm delivery dates, times, locations, services and contractual obligations two weeks prior to the wedding.

- Circulate wedding day timeline to all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding.

- Review seating list to ensure accuracy and develop a diagram.
