perhaps not all of our gown inspiration comes from the "wedding gown" runway, and i think it's safe to say (and even important to say) there is no rule that your gown has to look one certain way or another. so here are some options from the spring 2009 collections that aren't titled under "bridal" but are wonderful choices none the less. in fact, these can offer so much more whimsical and personal attributes than the cookie cutter strapless white ball gown. what do you think?
