millinery roses

i had completely different intentions for this post, but when i came across this image from good ol' martha, i had to stop and change directions! isn't this just gorgeous? and what a great idea: why not wear your bouquet instead? these millinery roses were fashioned in iridescent pinks, peaches, and golds, and are pinned to a lustrous sash. the materials were hand picked by martha stewart's team and sent them to m & s schmalberg, where they created this amazing masterpiece! what a way to "wow" your guests. whether it's worn on the bride, bridesmaids, or the flower girls, it's just beautiful.

Actually M & S Schmalberg has been making flowers for my gowns for years. No one can match their skill. I'm about to send off fabric to be made into organza roses. . .
